Hate: An emotion but so is Love !

Synonyms:Abhorrence, abomination, anathema, animosity, antipathy, aversion, black beast, bother, bugbear, bĂȘte noire, detestation, disgust, enmity, execration,  grievance, gripe, hatred, horror, hostility, ill will, irritant, loathing, malevolence, malignity,  nasty look, no love lost,To love less relatively, nuisance, objection.
Somehow sometimes we use the word hate more so often than love, like even in normal situations for example when we are having a bad day " ah  hate my life", " Hate my boss, I just hate everything about him". " Ah how can someone be so rude, hate that guy". " Really she pisses me off, hate her",  “I love the way you love, but I hate the way I'm supposed to love you back. I mean seriously why such a strong emotion.?  The opposite of love is not hate, or is it?. I am trying to understand the different variables of Hatred, is it really that it is a spur of excess emotion or does it have a deeper meaning?

If you really look at the synonyms of hate then do you conclude certain feelings can  lead to hatred? Is there actually a thin line between love and hate..or hate merely means Evil??Can indifference's in point of view  lead to hated? .We have been taught about love in so many ways that I feel we often do use the term hate for very wrong reasons.  Jealousy, criticisms, Pride does it all lead to hatred? If you will notice all the emotions are interwoven , so can we say  love can  lead to hatred as well...Yes?. So if Love is blind; hate is deaf?

Confused so am I.

So what does the Bible say about Hatred?  Forbidden.
Leviticus 19:17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
Colossians 3:8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

I was surprised to find some meanings of Hate "  To love less, relatively" " To be very unwilling; followed by an infinitive" Why is it that everything is defined under this one term? I could still love someone less relatively and still be fond of them.

Hate by itself is the emotion and  dynamic term. It does not require an object to focus on. Hate, as a mode of guilt or of pride, generates destructive thoughts (but at a lesser intensity than paranoia). Antithetical thoughts, when directed to other people, represent pride ; when directed to oneself, represent guilt.  Criticisms, Jealousy, indifference arise from the  sense of idealism.
